Hmmm... so today didn't work well... I was supposed to get my medical records, and they weren't ready and then forgot to tell me when they finished, like they said they would.

My fucking iPOD still didn't come, and the guy said he would look into it. I am either going to lose it on him, or on UPS.

It is so fucking cold in the basement too.
