So, I have a superpass so that I can watch the BB feeds. I just called to cancel the feeds (if you forget, then you are screwed and you get charged a lot more). Why can't customer service people SPEAK ENGLISH? No freaking idea what he said, and he couldn't understand me. I asked him a question, and he babbled at me so I went off on him... dear lord, he needed help understanding anything. I don't understand, why the FUCK would they put him on the phone?? He should be answering emails and screwing those up.
